The scope of the journal will incorporate; Management and leadership, Business management practices, Sustainability, systems and processes, and will include other areas related to these core themes. JBP believes that a business philosophy is a set of beliefs and principles that can help a company strive toward a mission statement or company vision. This journal will consider the nature of the business, vision for the business and consider ways of achieving these goals.
British Journal of Multicultural Research
The journal’s scope centres on multiculturalism as a structuring condition within organisations and systems, including cultural diversity in governance and leadership, cross cultural organisational behaviour, inclusion and equity in policy and practice, and the interaction between multicultural dynamics and strategic decision making. It incorporates work in public and healthcare systems where cultural heterogeneity shapes service delivery, as well as research on labour markets, migration, and economic participation within diverse societies. Contributions addressing international and comparative contexts, institutional responses to diversity, and the implications of multiculturalism for organisational performance, social cohesion, and policy design are also within scope.
